Chiara Spadaro is a research fellow in geography at the University of Padua. Her current research focuses on foodscapes, hydrographies, and animal geographies, listening to their various sound traces. She is also a journalist and the author of several books on environmental topics; her latest is L’arcipelago delle api. Microcosmi lagunari nell’era della crisi climatica (wetlands books, 2022). In 2024, she co-edited with director Andrea Colbacchini the book Leogra. Eredità di un paesaggio (Cierre edizioni).
