Paola Imperatore conducts research at the Department of Political Science, University of Pisa, where she works on social conflict and political ecology. She recently published “Territories in Struggle. Global Capitalism and Environmental Justice in the Age of Climate Crisis” for Meltemi and, together with Emanuele Leonardi, “The Age of Climate Justice. Political Perspectives for an Ecological Transition from Below” for Orthotes Editrice. Her article “Subverting Motherhood: Investigating the Mothers’ Activism in Environmental Conflicts” was recently published in PACO magazine.
