Around the world as in Europe, the far-right and their nationalist and fascist project, are targeting LGBTQIA+ and women rights as a scapegoat to justify and enforce a need for an authoritarian society protecting their wealth and power. This scapegoating strategy at large in fact targets all kinds of people already vulnerable and or marginalized in society, notably racialised people. It seems crucial at the moment to understand these dynamics and attacks as part of the same political project to ensure a common and intersectional response.
